Cooking Guidelines

Thaw under refrigeration 12-24 hours. Cold plate retherm: Keep product at 3-5°C and heat according to cart manufacturer's directions. Steam kettle: Remove from pouch. Heat at simmering point for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Water immersion: Heat the pouch in simmering (95°C) water for 40-45 minutes. Convection oven: Remove from pouch. Heat 20 minutes at 150°C in a covered pan.
