Cooking Guidelines

Keep refrigerated at 4°C until required. Cold plate retherm: Keep product at 4°C and heat according to cart manufacturer's directions. Steam Kettle: heat the pouch in simmering (95°C) water for 25 minutes. Convection oven: Not recommended. Steamer: 20 minutes in a covered pan. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 74°C
