Cooking Guidelines
Thaw under refrigeration 12-24 hours. SOUP IS READY TO SERVE - DO NOT DILUTE. Cold Plate Retherm: Remove from pouch. Keep soup refrigerated. Heat according to cart manufacturer's directions. Steam Kettle: Remove soup from pouch. Heat at simmering point for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Water Immersion: Heat the pouch in simmering water (95¼C) water for 30 minutes.
Décongeler au réfrigérateur pendant 12 à 24 heures. SOUPE PRæTE Ë SERVIR. NE PAS DILUER. Liaison froide: Retirer le sachet. Garder réfrigéré à une température de 3 à 5°C et faire chauffer selon les directives du manufacturier du chariot. Marmite vapeur: Retirer du sachet.
