Cooking Guidelines

Keep frozen until required. When redy to thaw, open pan and remove peach paper and ice crystals. Replace lid. Thaw under refrigeration for 24-36 hours. Cold plate retherm: Keep product at 4°C and heat according to cart manufacturer's directions. Convection Oven: Loosen sealed corners of lid. Heat 50 minutes at 150°C. Remove lid during last 10 minutes for browning if desired. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 74°C
