Cooking Guidelines

Thaw under refrigeration 12-36 hours. Cold plate retherm: Keep product at 4°C and heat according to cart manufacturer's directions. Steam Kettle: Remove from pouch. Heat at simmering point for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Water immersion: Heat the pouch in simmering water (95°C) for 40 minutes. Convection oven: Remove from pouch. Heat 35-45 minutes at 150°C in a covered pan. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 74°C
