Cooking Guidelines

Thaw under refrigeration for 18-36 hours. Cold plate retherm: Keep product at 4°C and heat according to cart manufacturer's directions. Convection oven: loosen sealed corners of lid. Heat 50 minutes at 150°C. Remove lid during the last 10 minutes for browning if desired. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 74°C
