Cooking Guidelines

Thaw under refrigeration for 18-36 hours. Cold plate retherm: Keep product at 3-5°C and heat according to cart manufacturer's directions. Convection oven: Loosen sealed corners of lid. Remove paper between layers. Add 120ml of water or beef juice. Heat 30-35 minutes at 180°C. Removed lid during last 5 minutes for browning if desired.
