Cooking Guidelines

Thaw under refrigeration 24-36 hours. Cold plate retherm: Keep product at 3-5°C and heat according to cart manufacturer's directions. Convection oven: Loosen sealed corners of lid. Heat 50 minutes at 150°C. Remove lid during last 10 minutes for extra browning if desired. Ensure internal temperature reaches a minimum of 70°C
