Cooking Guidelines

Thaw under refrigeration 18-36 hours. Cold Plate Retherm: Keep product at 4°C and heat according to cart manufacturer's directions. Water Immersion: Heat the pouch in simmering (95¼C) water for 15 minutes. Microwave: Transfer product onto microwave proof container. Cover and heat on high power for 40-50 seconds. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 74°C
