Cooking Guidelines

Thaw under refrigeration for 12-24 hours. Cold plate retherm: Keep product at 4°C and heat according to cart manufacturer's directions. Steam kettle: remove from pouch. Heat at simmering point for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Water immersion: Heat the pouch in simmering water (95°C) for 30-35 minutes. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 74°C
