For optimum results, heat from frozen state. If thawing, thaw product 12-24 hours in refrigerator. Cold Plate Retherm: Heat according to cart manufacturer's directions. Heat to internal temperature reaches 74C. Convection Oven: Place plates on baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil tightly. Preheat oven to 150C (300F). Heat approximately 40-45 minutes. Heat to internal temperature reaches 74C. Amana Oven: Cover plate with air tight lid. Heat for 1.5 minutes at 30%, 2 minutes at 20%, 2.5 minutes at 10%. Heat to internal temperature reaches 74C.
