Cold Plate Retherm: Heat according to cart manufacturer's directions. Heat until internal temperature reaches 74¼C. Convection Oven: Place plates on baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil tightly. Preheat oven to 150¼C (300¼F). Heat approximately 40-45 minutes until internal temperature reaches 74¼. Amana Oven: Cover plate with air tight lid. Heat for 1.5 minutes at 30%, 2 minutes at 20%, 2.5 minutes at 10%. Heat until internal temperature reaches 74¼C.
