Cooking Guidelines

Can be used frozen or thawed. Thaw under refrigeration 12-24 hours. Cold plate retherm: For rethermalization in frozen state, heat according to cart manufacturers directions. Convection Oven: From frozen state, heat 45 minutes at 110°C until internal temperature reaches 74°C. From frozen state, heat 35 minutes at 150°C until internal temperature reaches 74°C. From thawed state, heat 30 minutes at 110°C until internal temperature reaches 74°C. From frozen state, heat 25 minutes at 150°C until internal temperature reaches 74°C
